Appointment confirmation: Make sure patient has confirmed his/her appointment
Financial Setup: Setup Acceptx Pro for each patient
Post-consult folder: Put together post-consult folder with practice information
Mapping New patient forms: Check to see if the patient has filled out the new patient form. If so, map out the items.
Identify missing information: Technically, this should be done hopefully during phone call. If not, on the Monday of the week.
Morning Brief (after morning huddle): Determine what questions to ask to get more information. Schedule conflicts
