This should be the first priority before collecting information. 

Speed to lead: 

• 5 min from contact – make sure you get back to any leads within 5 min

• Schedule patients within 72 hours or less – if there is no space, find it or do a virtual consult

Why is this important?

• We live in a “now” society. We want it and we want it now

• There are more options than ever for patients

• Patients / Parents have things to do. They want to get to them.

• Inertia: Many of these patients

• Knowledge retention
